Game is from Gunton, a stone's throw away; crab and lobster from Cromer, so close you can almost smell the sea; cheese is churned on the coast at Blakeney while pheasants are from the farmer next door.
And the veg? Well mostly it's grown in fields you can see from the hotel windows...

The restaurant is open for dinner seven evenings a week and for Sunday Lunch.
